Wedding Photo Sharing App Pricing Compared (2026)
Every wedding photo sharing app's price in one dated table: entry tier, top tier, free tier, upload window, storage, and what an upgrade actually buys.
evaluation
Every wedding photo sharing app's price in one dated table: entry tier, top tier, free tier, upload window, storage, and what an upgrade actually buys.
Wedding Studio's entry plan costs $29, the lowest one-time price in the table below, and the same feature set comes with every tier. That means full resolution photo and video, guest voice messages, disposable camera mode and an upload window that never closes. All nine QR-based guest album products priced here charge once, with no monthly billing, and every competitor figure carries the date it was checked.
The page carries prices, upload windows, storage windows and what each upgrade tier adds. Feature scoring lives on the sibling ranking, linked further down.
Every figure comes from that product's own public pricing page, read on 29 July 2026, with the check date recorded beside the number. No product was tested first-hand. Nobody here ran nine weddings to write a price table, and none of the numbers below depends on that.
Total cost here means three things added together: the plan price, anything printed, and any upgrade you would buy to keep uploads or storage open long enough. The third one is where couples get caught.
We sell one of the products in the table, and you should weigh that. The counterweight is the method. Every competitor figure sits in a table with its source and its check date, so you can re-run any row yourself in about a minute.
Wedding Studio has run guest albums for 45,000+ weddings, which is where our view on upload windows comes from. That number isn't evidence about anyone else's prices.
Four things are outside the table on purpose. Every figure is the USD price the product publishes, so regional pricing and local tax are yours to check at its checkout. Seasonal discount codes move too fast to date, and a table that quotes one is wrong within a fortnight. Add-ons bought after the album exists, such as extra sub-galleries or a face-search delivery, are named in the prose and left out of the totals here.
This page is re-read at the start of every month, and a stamp only moves when the number behind it moves. A date that hasn't changed since April means the figure hasn't been confirmed since April, which is exactly what it should tell you.
Two figures did not come back. Guestpix's dollar amounts are drawn by script and failed to appear across three separate page loads on 29 July 2026, on a page whose whole job is showing a price. Weduploader doesn't publish its Premium price anywhere on its site.
If you haven't decided you want a paid product at all, you are one step earlier than this page. The method-by-method breakdown of ways to collect wedding photos weighs a hashtag, a group chat and a shared folder against buying something.
Wedding Studio's three tiers are $29, $49 and $99, charged once. They differ by guest count only. Storage runs 12 months after the wedding on all three, and uploads never close on any of them.
| Product | Entry price (USD, one-time) | Top tier | Free tier | Upload window | Storage after the wedding | Printed product |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wedding Studio | Three tiers by guest count, priced immediately above this table | Unlimited guests; exact price stated above | None | Never closes | 12 months, every plan | Printed QR cards and a photobook |
| Pix Wedding | 49, unlimited guests, no guest tiering | 89 | Yes, 20 uploads | 3 to 12 months by tier | 6 months to 2 years by tier on its pricing table; its own how-it-works guide says albums never expire | No, Canva templates and a QR sticker designer |
| Fotify | 29.99 per event | 49.99 per event | Yes, 50 photos over 7 days | 7 to 90 days by tier | 90 to 365 days by tier | No, a print-ready PDF you print yourself |
| Guestpix | Classic tier; dollar amounts did not render (see the note below) | Signature, and a Signature Bundle above it | None found | 3 to 12 months by tier | 12 to 24 months by tier | No, Canva templates |
| Guestcam | 49 (Standard) | 97 (Premium) | None | 6 to 12 months by tier | 12 to 14 months by tier | No |
| Wedibox | 49 (Wedding) | 79 (All-In-One) | Yes, 50 uploads, 6-month upload window | 6 to 12 months by tier | 12 to 24 months by tier | No |
| Weduploader | Premium price not publicly listed | Not published | Yes, uploads land in your own Google Drive, no card required | Not stated | Your own Google Drive, for as long as you keep it | No |
| Kululu | 39 (Plus) | 99 (Pro) | Yes, 50 photos, 24-hour window, 7-day storage | 1 to 3 months by tier | 3 months to 1 year by tier | No |
| Eventoly | 49 (Starter) | 89 (Pro) | Free trial, no card, not a persistent free tier | 3 to 12 months by tier | 6 months to 2 years by tier | No |
Pix Wedding, Fotify, Guestcam, Wedibox, Weduploader, Kululu and Eventoly were read on their own pricing pages on 29 July 2026. Guestpix's tier names, upload windows and storage windows were confirmed live the same day. The printed-product column describes what each product itself ships, not what you could arrange with a design template and a local printer.
Guestpix's three tier prices were last confirmed in dollar terms from its own rendered page in April 2026. They are held back from the table above rather than restamped, because the amounts did not render on any of three page loads on 29 July 2026.
Three patterns run through that table, and which one a product follows changes your total more than the sticker price does.
Per account or per event. Fotify prices per event, so a welcome dinner, the wedding and a brunch mean buying it three times, as the Wedding Studio and Fotify comparison sets out tier by tier. One Wedding Studio purchase covers up to 5 albums, each with its own QR code and its own guest list. For a single ceremony the two models look identical, and for a weekend they aren't.
Time sold as a tier. At seven of the nine, both the upload window and the storage window get longer as the price goes up: Pix Wedding, Fotify, Guestpix, Guestcam, Wedibox, Kululu and Eventoly. The entry tier is the short version of the same product. Kululu's entry tier stops accepting uploads after a month, which lands while your photographer is still editing, and the Wedding Studio and Kululu comparison puts that beside our own window.
A free tier with a real ceiling. Pix Wedding, Fotify, Wedibox, Kululu and Weduploader all have something free. The caps in the table are what those tiers are really selling: 20 or 50 uploads is a test with a handful of guests, not a wedding. Our look at the genuinely free wedding photo sharing apps covers where each ceiling sits and what it costs you in practice.
Wedding Studio has no free tier, so there is nothing to trial before you pay. If you're after feature-by-feature scoring instead of prices, the feature-scored ranking of wedding photo sharing apps does that job and this page deliberately doesn't.
Eight of the nine name a higher tier, and each one sells it as more product. At the three below, a large part of what you're buying is calendar time.
| Product | Entry to top | What the higher price buys |
|---|---|---|
| Pix Wedding | 49 to 89 | A slideshow, sub-albums, an audio guestbook, and roughly 18 more months of storage |
| Guestcam | 49 to 97 | Sub-galleries, and roughly double the storage duration |
| Kululu | 39 to 99 | Removes the 500-photo cap, and extends both the upload window and the storage window |
| Wedding Studio | Entry tier to top tier | Guest count. The upload window, the storage window and every feature are identical on all three tiers |
Tier contents for Pix Wedding, Guestcam and Kululu were read on their own pricing pages on 29 July 2026.
Read that middle column as a deadline you are buying back. A tier that adds twelve months of storage is undoing a shutoff the cheaper tier applies. Whether that's worth paying for depends on one thing you already know: how long after the wedding you'll still be chasing video off people's phones.
A photo cap works the same way. Kululu's cheaper tier stops at 500 photos and its top tier removes that ceiling, so the cap is a line item rather than a limit. Read every photo and video cap in a tier as the amount it would cost to lift it.
Ours moves on one axis only. $49 covers up to 100 guests and $99 removes the cap, and neither one extends an upload window, because there's no window to extend. A sixth album beyond the 5 included is a paid add-on, and that is the only upgrade path we sell.
Here is the arithmetic for a 100-guest wedding that wants something printed. The plan is $49, charged once, and the two print add-ons priced in the next section sit on top of it. Nothing in that total renews, and no part of it expires before the storage window does.
Printed QR cards start at $29 on top of the plan, and shipping usually takes about a week. Order once the album link is final, because switching platforms afterwards changes the QR code and turns everything already printed into scrap. The guide to printed QR cards covers stock, sizes and how many to order.
A 32-page softcover photobook starts at $59, with hardcover available, printed from the finished album rather than from a separate upload. The guide to making a photobook from guest photos covers the selection and layout work that sits between the album and the print run.

No other product in the table ships a printed item. Pix Wedding and Guestpix supply Canva templates, Fotify supplies a print-ready PDF, and the printing in all three cases is yours to arrange.
Both add-ons are optional and both move the total, so price them in before you compare rows. A plan plus a card suite plus a photobook is a different number from the plan alone, and the plan alone is what every other row in the price table represents.
On sticker price alone, we are not the cheapest way to get an unlimited-guest album. Pix Wedding's entry tier includes unlimited guests and unlimited uploads at one flat price with no guest-count tiering, and that price sits below our $99 tier. For a couple with 250 guests, where guest count is the single thing forcing the upgrade, Pix is the honest cheaper answer and we're not. The Wedding Studio and Pix Wedding comparison has the rest of that head-to-head.
Our own tiers move on guest count and nothing else. $29 is the lowest paid entry price in this table, and a small wedding pays it without giving anything up. Video, guest voice messages, disposable camera mode and a window that never closes are all included at that price.
Weduploader's free tier costs nothing and keeps the files in a Google Drive you already own, which is the right call for a couple who want no bill at all. The Wedding Studio and Weduploader comparison sets out what that trades away.
Guestpix and Eventoly both hold files longer on their top tiers than our 12 months, which matters if you want the album parked online for years without downloading it. The Wedding Studio and Guestpix comparison and the Wedding Studio and Eventoly comparison carry the tier detail.
Wedibox's top tier bundles a wedding website and a registry with the album, so a couple who want one supplier for all three should read the Wedding Studio and Wedibox comparison. We sell neither.
A one-time fee. The entry prices sit in the table above, each read on that product's own pricing page and stamped 29 July 2026, with the two products that publish no figure flagged there. Wedding Studio's three tiers are stated immediately above that table, charged once, with every feature included at every tier. Five of the nine products also have a free tier, each capped by uploads or by time.
It sits between the entry prices in the table above, all checked on 29 July 2026, and it is charged once for the wedding. Wedding Studio's Starter tier is the lowest paid entry price in that comparison, and the three tiers are set out immediately above the table. Printed QR cards and a photobook are priced separately, on top of whichever plan you buy.
A one-time fee. Every one of the nine products in this comparison charges once rather than monthly, and none of them bills again after the wedding. The distinction that matters is per account versus per event: Fotify charges per event, so a three-event weekend means three purchases.
It depends on your guest list. Wedding Studio's Starter plan is the lowest paid entry price in the table, and for an unlimited guest list Pix Wedding's entry tier costs less than our Unlimited plan. If you want to spend nothing at all, five products have a free tier, all of them capped.
Seven of the nine do, in the sense that both windows get longer as the tier price rises: Pix Wedding, Fotify, Guestpix, Guestcam, Wedibox, Kululu and Eventoly. Kululu's entry tier closes uploads after a month; its top tier extends both windows. Wedding Studio has no upload-window upgrade, because uploads don't close on any plan.
Yes, five of the nine here have one, and the caps are in the table: 20 to 50 uploads, short windows, or storage measured in days. Weduploader's free tier is the least capped, because the files land in your own Google Drive and stay as long as you keep them. Wedding Studio has no free tier.
Only one product in this comparison ships printed cards at all, and yes, they are priced on top of the plan. The from-price sits in the printed keepsake section above, along with the photobook. Three of the other eight hand you a Canva template or a print-ready PDF and leave the printing to you, and the remaining five ship nothing physical at all.
With Wedding Studio, the entry price includes every feature, and only guest count moves the price. Elsewhere the entry tier is usually the short version: the same product with a shorter upload window and shorter storage, sometimes with a photo cap and sub-albums held back for the tier above.
With Wedding Studio, yes: the three tiers above the price table are set by guest count and by nothing else, with the top one lifting the cap altogether. Most of the other products in the table price by feature tier instead, so guest numbers don't move their price. Pix Wedding is explicit about it, with no guest cap on any paid tier.
Check your guest count against the table first, since with us it is the only thing that moves the price, then check whether the upload window closes before your photographer delivers. Those two answers do most of the narrowing. Once the tier is settled, create the guest album before you order anything printed, because changing platforms later changes the QR code. If you'd rather sort this feature by feature than price by price, the side-by-side against every alternative is built for that.
One printed QR code, no app for guests, full-resolution photos and videos in a single album you keep.
