Do wedding guests need to download an app to share photos?
No. Guests scan the QR code, the album opens in their phone's browser, and they upload from their camera roll. There is no app to install, no account to create, and no password to remember.

Setting the album up, printing the QR code, making it yours.
Wedding Studio brings guest photos, a personal album design and print options together. Album plans are a one-time purchase. Printed products and registry activation are optional, separately priced extras.
Open Download QR to preview your code and download it as PNG, JPG or PDF. You'll also find free Canva templates to personalise and print yourself, or you can order printed cards through Print Shop.
Choose your cover photo, colours, fonts, layout, buttons and welcome text. You can personalise a single album too, and preview what guests will see before sharing. Guest privacy and access are managed in your album settings.
Yes. A single album can have its own cover and design. Choose a simple album entry or a welcome page, and preview what your guests will see before sharing.
It depends on the link. Changing your current sharing destination affects newly shared links and downloads. Older links & QR cards can update eligible older album codes; the app shows which links will change before you apply it. Previously sent email invitations keep their stored destination.
What a guest actually has to do, and what they can send.
No. Guests scan the QR code, the album opens in their phone's browser, and they upload from their camera roll. There is no app to install, no account to create, and no password to remember.
Based on unique devices that upload at least one photo or video — not views, clicks, or invites. Every guest is counted once, regardless of how many photos they upload.
Yes. Guests can record a voice message alongside their uploads — a toast, a memory, a note to the couple. Voice messages are included on every plan.
File quality, video, the reveal, and getting everything back off the album.
Yes. Download individual photos and videos, or export everything as a single .zip file, for 24 months after the wedding. No extra download charges. Save your archive before that period ends.
Yes. Wedding Studio automatically groups uploaded photos into wedding moments and helps identify duplicate photos, so you can browse, share, download, and build a photobook without sorting everything by hand.
Turn it on and guest uploads stay hidden until a reveal time you choose — the morning after, the brunch, midnight. It's all the surprise of a disposable camera, in full resolution, with no developing and no waiting. Included on every plan.
Who can see what, and how to change your mind later.
Yes. You can invite co-hosts to help set up the album, manage sharing, and keep an eye on uploads before, during, and after the wedding. It is useful if you do not want everything sitting with one person.
Completely configurable. Choose a shared album where guests see everyone's photos, or private mode where only you and any co-hosts can view uploads. You have full control to hide or delete any photo.
Guest counts, multiple albums, and how long everything stays open.
Your album is active from the moment you purchase until 24 months after the wedding. Guests can upload, and you can view, share and download everything in full resolution, the whole time. The end date is set by your wedding, so setting up early never costs you time. Download everything before it ends to keep your own copy.
Yes — every account includes up to 5 separate albums, each with its own QR code and link. Use one for the engagement party, one for the wedding day, and one for the morning-after brunch. There's no extra charge.
Gifts, contributions, payment methods and publishing when you're ready.
Yes. Create a registry for gifts, experiences or a general fund, then choose to show it alongside your album once it's published. Activation is available separately or as an optional $49 USD add-on to eligible bundles and gifts.
No. Each gift is an idea guests give towards. Every contribution goes into your fund, and you spend it however you like.
It feels like choosing a gift. Guests pick something that means something to you, give what they like and leave a note.
By credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also add your Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or bank details. Card gifts are available for US registries in USD.
$99 USD to activate during our End of Season Sale, normally $199 USD. You pay once. Card gifts carry one 4.5% fee, with payment processing included. Choose whether guests cover it, you cover it, or you go half each. Payment apps and bank transfers have no Wedding Studio fee.
Until 12 months after your wedding date. If you haven’t set a date yet, the countdown doesn’t start until you do.
Card gifts are paid out to your bank automatically on a daily schedule. Your first payout can take a little longer while your account is verified. Payment apps and bank transfers go straight to you.
Yes. Show progress on every gift, on some, or on none.
Yes. Guests can scan the same QR code to share their photos and give a gift. Your existing QR codes keep working.
Yes. Design your registry privately for free. Activate it when you’re ready to share.
No. Your draft stays private until you publish it. A gift list also needs at least one valid gift.
Card gifts are confirmed automatically. Payment-app and bank transfers are reported by guests, so check your account to confirm each one.
Check your payment account first. The guest may have sent the money without returning to confirm it in the registry. A missing report doesn't mean the payment failed; check before asking them to pay again.
Test your updated details before publishing again. Guests with an older payment page open may need to reload it to see the current instructions.
Unpublish the registry before changing its currency. Existing contributions aren't converted. Review your gifts and progress settings before publishing again.
Print orders, personal receipts and what your bundle includes.
QR card and photobook orders appear in Your print orders in Print Shop. For available Stripe receipts, open Settings, then Purchase history. Receipts belong to the purchaser's account; recent payments may take a few minutes to appear, and some older purchases may need support to locate.
Check the terms of the bundle you purchased. Some offers provide a photobook credit; your chosen book, shipping or tax may leave a balance. Registry activation is separate unless your offer explicitly includes it. Orders fully covered by credit may not have a Stripe charge receipt.
A wedding QR code usually fails for one of five reasons: size, contrast, damage, a dark-mode screen, or a degraded screenshot. Here's the fix for each.
La configuration prend une dizaine de minutes, et vous pouvez tester l'expérience invité sur votre propre téléphone avant la moindre impression.
